Remapping Up Arrow (↑) to Forward Slash (/)

My Up Arrow has malfunctioned and I would like to disable it.

Could i know what is the command line for remapping Up Arrow to Forward Slap?

Thank you so much.

I've input it and it works. However, I noticed that I would not be able to type question mark when I type [Right Shift + Forward Slash]
Is there anyway I can replace the forward slash with Up Arrow but still be able to type [Right Shift + Forward Slash]?

Alternately, I could totally replace the Right Option key with Up Arrow since I dont use that key.

If you want to use shift-up arrow, press left shift key + slash.
