Setting Insert On MacBook Pro

I have Karabiner v10.6.82.

I am running:

MacBook Pro with OSX 10.9.5(13F1096)

VMWare Fusion v7.0

 

In the VMWare sessions ( Windows Server 2012) I run an application which requires the “INSERT” button to move to next line. There si no insert button on a Mac keyboard.

 

I used to have a MacBook Air that had Karabiner installed. When I was in windows and needed to insert, I pressed simultaneously CONTROL-OPTION-COMMAND-RETURN to insert to next line. .

I was not the one that set this up, can anyone enlighten me?

VMware Fusion sends the `insert` key event by Mac's `help` key.
(You can adjust the key mapping by VMware Fusion Preferences.
Please confirm it.)

So, you can send the `insert` key event by changing
control-option-command-return key to `help` key with Karabiner.

Please use new setting by this private.xml:
