Hello,
I have a ready OpenStreetCam video.
Would you help me by telling me step by step how do I get a video into OpenStreetMap or OsmAnd (whichever works)
and how do I get traffic signs (speed limit on the map)?
Thanks!

From inside the OpenStreetCam app there should be an upload button, you
use that to upload the video to the OpenStreetCam servers.

Do note that OpenStreetCam performs some processing upon the uploaded
data, so there may be a time delay between the upload completing and
the photos becoming available for use in the OSM editors.

The answer here depends upon which OSM editor you plan to use (iD or
JOSM).

For iD, you add accessibility to the OpenStreetCam data by opening the
"Map Data" menu, selecting "Photo Overlays" and checking the box next
to "OpenStreetCam".

For JOSM, you have to install the OpenStreetCam JOSM plugin from within
the JOSM plugin manager.

Then, once either is done, you will have additional overlay tracks on
the map showing the location of the photos. You can then click on the
dots on those tracks to open the track at that point where the photo
was taken, and add whatever you see from the photo to the map in the
normal manner you add OSM data using either editor.

It does not show in OSM directly.

It will show in the editors for use when editing once it is processed.

You can check your uploaded videos on the OpenStreetCam website to see
if they are still processing. The time to process varies and is
unpredictable to those who upload a video.

Somewhere within the OpenStreetCam website, after you log in with your
account, is a delete option. I've never investigated it, so all I can
recommend is you check on their website and/or in their available
documentation.

The upload process should delete the video from your phone when it
completes uploading.

Do you mean "take/snap a single photo"? If so, OpenStreetCam is not
specifically setup for that use, but by starting a recording then
stopping it a few seconds later, you could obtain a similar outcome to
"snapping a single photograph".

I don't understand what you mean by "with manually chose".
