New OpenResty package repos for Fedora 34/Alpine 3.13

We now provide official OpenResty pre-built package repos for the
latest Fedora 34 and Alpine 3.13:

The downloaded packages were saved in cache until the next successful transaction.

You can remove cached packages by executing 'yum clean packages'.

Hi Damir,

Seems like you didn't import our GPG key successfully? We just tested
the fedora 34 repo again on a fresh install of Fedora 34 VM and it
works correctly. The raw log is like this:

Note the GPG key importing messages in the dnf command output:
