Project proposal for Python bindings - GSoC’17

Dear Sir,

I have mailed my proposal on Python bindings to mentors ( mentioned mail-ids ) few days back.
I’ve mentioned my workflow and would like suggestions on my proposal.

I also mailed you a self written cpp - python bindings.
I sent a reminder after few days hoping for a reply.

I would be of great help if I can get your opinions on my proposal.
