interface for the visual basic community to contribute ideas and modules?

I am new to these concepts, but I like your approach. The thought occured to me that there are thousands of old visual basic and cobol programmers and enthusiasts, from amateur to professional, out there who can contribute ideas, concepts, and code modules to this effort. However, consider their perspective of wanting to help out on a project without a proper door or interface to connect to. Thus, I post this idea here for your consideration and discussion.

bindings for more languages would be good, sure. It's just a matter of
having enough people interested in implementing and maintaining them.

The other thing that helps is Linux compatibility, but it seems both
visual basic and cobol are supported or have linux equivalents so...
