I am having trouble finding any documentation regarding this issue on a new install. I would appreciate any assistance regarding what to check/where to look first. I appreciate it.

Grafana - Connection refused

Graphics cannot be loaded due to a problem while trying to connect to Grafana

Please verify that:

Connection refused

Hi Robert,

Not sure what is your time zone, I am working in PST zone in US, if we can find matched time for both, you can open an remote screen share, I may able to help you out.

"Connection refused" means that the Grafana service is not answering
requests under the host name and TCP port number that you defined in the
oA settings. Can you reach Grafana with your browser on this URL
directly? Maybe a Firewall is blocking access on this host?

Hi!

I'm sorry, it's been a while since you wrote the mail, but I also was
out of office for a while and just now stumbled over this mail.

The problem is easy to explain; we do not support Grafana 5. The proxy
implemented in openATTIC does only support Grafana 4. A previous post
[1] contains the details.

Please also note that openATTIC will not support Grafana 5. The
successor of openATTIC is Ceph Dashboard [2].
