Public Form requires ONA Account?

Hi,

I have just started using Ona to design a public sample form and I am making good progress with this great tool.

However, I am a bit confused. The web interface for the public project/form says that anyone with the Link URL can download and submit the form. However, when I copy the URL to a browser on another machine I get the Ona new account logon page rather than the form.

The URL is:

https://enketo.ona.io/x/#p1Sr

and the Settings page for this form says:

Link
https://enketo.ona.io/x/#p1Sr
Since this form is in a Public project - anyone can submit. Anyone with this link can submit data without signing into Ona

Am I missing something?

Hello Mark, This is probably because the require authentication setting is on, in your account. This setting requires users to log in on ODK Collect, Ona Collect and Enketo Web forms before viewing or submitting to your forms. Thank you Darlene. Changing the account settings seems to have worked to make my project form publicly available without an Ona logon.

Might I suggest that this setting should be an attribute of a Project/Form rather than an account? I can imagine there might be Projects or Forms that have different logon requirements within a single account.
