It manages the MFR-LQ project.

Where can I get technical books, academic papers, and online information about the implementation and theory of Open Dynamics Engine and other physics engines?


Is there any technical documentation about implementing Open Dynamics Engine?


If possible, I would like more technical information about internal implementation.

There's not a lot actually published. Your best source is Russ Smith's chapter in Games Programming Gems IV which gives the basic details and there is a short list of references at the end:
