If you were ever an Adirondack Motor Enthusiast Club member or worker save this date!!!
Saturday January 3rd 2026.
AMEC will be 72 years old in 2026 and the club is winding down our activities and is inviting anyone that ever was a member, worked, or raced with us to come and attend a racers reunion dinner. Please come for a fun evening on us NO CHARGE!
If you ice raced, auto crossed, road rallied, did an economy run, a hill climb, was a club member or worker or anything else the club has done over its 72 years you are invited. We need your help to spread the word to all past and present AMEC people. This will just be a fun night of food, reminiscing, and telling stories and lies about how fast you were how many races you won or how hard you worked during your time with AMEC.
This is the first notice going out regarding this event so if you can come, please send me an e mail saying you would like to attend. Put in the email about what years you were part of AMEC, and what your main interest or participation in the club was. Send an e mail to me Dave Burnham at racing48(at)nycap.rr.com I need emails so we can keep everyone up to date on the plans for the evening. We need to try and have people signed up by December 1st so we know how big of a room to get and how many people we will be feeding. We don’t know what will be planned for that evening yet but just coming and reminiscing should be enough reason to come!
