Formmule won't let me setup send conditions since March 28, 2024

I have used formMule every year since 2014. I had a problem with it in February that cured itself after a few days and it was working fine until March 28, 2024 when I got an email from formMule which read as follows:
"It appears the tab with ID undefined, in the Google Sheet (I omitted the link to the sheet here) Registration Form (Responses) </a> cannot be found.  It's quite possible 
someone deleted this tab after setting up formMule. To stop this error, 
we've removed the time trigger from this formMule instance. To fix this, 
try re-running the formMule setup steps and choose a different tab to merge 
from."
I was able to select the correct source tab but formMule would not let me setup any send conditions and is stuck on  the first email template.  
I had set the number of templates to 5. 
The 1st template was set to send on submission of a form.
The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th templates were set to send on condition NOT NULL based on an entry in a specified column.
The 5th template was set to send on NOT NULL but the body of the email had not been set up yet. It was named "Reminder Email".
After that email from formMule, everytime I opened formMule it would add another template named "Reminder Email Template Template".
Then formMule started sending all 4 of the emails to everyone on form submission.
I tried deleting the extra templates as well as the columns reserved for them but that didn't work.
I tried deleting all the templates and columns associated with them and setting them up again, that didn't work.
I tried starting from scratch with a back up copy of the original form and created a new spreadsheet. But when I opened formMule in the new sheet it got stuck in the same place as before and would not let me even set up the 1st email. It lets me pick the Timestamp column but won't let me enter the condition NOT NULL.
I opened last year's registration spreadsheet and formMule does the same thing with that one as well.
I don't know anything else to try.
I will have to look at trying to find a different email merge program soon because registration for our summer program is well under way.
I would very much appreciate any help you can give me.
