Autocrat wont generated document as attachment instead my daily quota is not reach 100 per day

Can someone give me some briefs/explantion, what is happening to my autocrat, please ?
I have 100 daily quota, and i only merging for 100 rows respondents. No trigger form or even time. As simple as that
But, i dont know somehow, it is only sent for 27 first rows. The rests are not working, no documents are generated/merged.

It is not the number of rows but the number of emails sent. Are you sending the email to more than one email address per each row?
