Hey Autocrat Devs, 

I've got a problem that has been addressed here before:

On free accounts I've got no issue! I love the tool! 
But on workspace accounts with my own domain I will have no luck sending out mails through autocrat. 
Though, sending mails through another mail client works fine. 
That to me points away from other mail-providers marking it as spam or else.
It actually seems to be a problem relating to the way Autocrat is sending the mails.
Same issue with mule. 

It might have to do with a timestamp not correlating to the local time or something stupid like that. - just a wild guess though.  

Notification I get as soon as I try to send emails through Autocrat:

I'd love to keep using the tool - thank you for your help in advance!

Yes, I am experiencing the same recently, where previously the tool worked perfectly for sending welcome and new release letters to customers, now all emails are bouncing.

Did you have a solution for this? Workspace swears up and down to me that it's an Autocrat issue; however, I've sent via autocrat from my gmail account for years with no issue.

I've been sending from my hosting domain email via Autocrat for a few years with no problems. I have only had issues with blocked emails since earlier this month. Emails with links rather than pdf attachments are still sending ok, but emails with pdf attachments are blocked every time.

I'm not completely sure I understand.  Are the messages sent by Autocrat but blocked by the recipient?

Are the messages being sent to another domain?

Try to send an email that is blocked using Autocrat but using your personal Google account.

If the email goes through, it is likely that some setting in your Google Workplace needs to be changed.  I have no idea what.

Same here.

Through a personal Gmail account, the emails are correctly sent. But they fail with the Google Workspace account.

The Google Workplace domain I am using has no Gmail subscription, this probably explains the issue in my case.

To follow up on my previous message…
I have tried with a GMail-enabled Google Workspace, and the sending does work.
