I found that this happen with new google suite accounts and its maybe a deprecated method to send email through google. GmailApp.sendEmail instead MailApp.sendEmail

Still have this problem. Is there any workaround for this issue?
It's making the addon pretty much useless.

The error indicates that Gmail couldn't locate the email address.  Did you check with the admin person who controls the receiving email?

Hi, did anyone get anywhere with this? I am encountering the exact same issue - if I send to an email address within my own domain then it is delivered, if I send to any email address outside my domain, which is a key component of my use, then I am being blocked and notified by mailer...@googlemail.com.

In my case, I have emails CC'd to an email address within my domain, and these are also blocked when any external email address is being sent to.

I've just spent an hour with a helpful google workspace operator who looked into my domain settings and is pointing the finger towards Autocrat.

Hi, Any update on this? just subscribe to G Business package, to fully utilise the 1500/day email send out, but to my disappointment, the email was not send out. it was working fine when i using the free gmail ID, FYI, i subscribing on my personal usage only, hence no other user and im the admin. 

Will try to get in touch with workspace operator later on, on how to unblock when sending email outside my domain (which my intention when doing this)

Anyway, tqvm in advance

just finishing chatting with google workplace helpline. 
they said that the 3rd party email sender is detected as suspicious email, hence need to be added the Autocrat Sender Policy Framework (SPF) details

Anyway, can somebody from New Visions Cloudlab can help with this, or anyone can point me the go to channle to ask for this

Did anyone have a solution for this? Workspace swears up and down to me that it's an Autocrat issue; however, I've sent via autocrat from my gmail account for years with no issue.

I have the same problem with my profesional email adress but it works with my personal address.

Check the information at https://www.certifyem.com/help-center.  Show it to the admins of your workplace group.  I suspect there is a setting preventing emails from the script.
