Yes there are 10 volt DAC's available, controlled by I2C, so it should be possible.

Yes. First work out the hardware, you could either build it yourself
or buy an analogue output board (I presume you mean a linear 0 to 10v,
not just on/off 0/10). If you google for
pi analog output hat
you will find a number available. Once you decide which one to use
then it will not be difficult to interface to node-red. Again if you
google for the particular board and node red you will likely find how
to to it.

You are saying you googled for
pi analog output hat
and it did not find anything useful? When I did it I found
https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/automation-hat?utm_medium=cpc&utm_source=googleshopping&variant=30712316554
https://www.robotshop.com/uk/raspberry-pi-high-precision-ad-da-expansion-board.html

https://thepihut.com/products/raspio-analog-zero
and others. I do not have personal experience of any of those, but
they seem to be the sort of thing you are looking for.

What do you have to drive with that analogue output?

For motors or light or other load you can use a driver based on L298 or similar, and pwm

it is for light

I assume is a LED light.   A motor driver like this[1] should work.   But you need to check how much current your load requires. This is the most important value to choose your driver.

Why will the boards suggested not work with those devices?

I will suggest you to use 0-10v DAC  has I2C connectivity with RaspberryPi and will be easily interface using datasheet of MCP4725 will help you out in modification in your coding also

Hope this will help you out
