Hello, I was wondering if it is possible to measure the coupling constants directly in poky with a 3d experiment like HNHA. I currently try it with the CC command but it is not very clear to me how I can use it

I'm using macOS version 13

Thank you very much in advance for your answer

Best regards

Gustavo, if "cc" isn't a thing for you, you can do this trick. Make a duplicate spectrum file. And load and assign. Simply copy in peak list (turn hz on in options) and paste in excel. Just subtract frequencies from there.

You’re welcome. If you just stick with the same spectrum, you can also use coupling_constant_script.py from POKY Notepad (Pn) -> File -> Poky Scripts -> Find Additional….

You will need to have a pair of same assignment in the same spectrum.
