Not because I want attention or anything like that, but because you all should know.  Thursday night I was taken by ambulance from our home in Idanha to Santiam Hospital with serious atrial fibrillation and high heart rate that came out of nowhere without warning.  I've never had any heart issues so this was a huge scary surprise.  The hospital defibrillated me and I got to go home, but was warned not to do heavy stuff until the  cardiologist I've been assigned to has monitored me for a while and is confident my heart has healed up.  I will still be out to do at least one more work party - I might not be able to do anything but put little rocks in bags and offer lots of moral support but I will be there, as will Lono.   On we go, yeah?

With respect to all

I can not stress enough that your health is more important than anything here.
Work parties are when we do physical stuff in person, and we have real
work that we need to do, but the real function of work parties is
being present and participating.
To get the most out of work parties, talk to people that you dont
know, learn some new names, and why people are here. You can clean
things up and do light duty stuff while you are doing it, nobody cares
how much you get done.
