No gsoc202 tag in GitHub

Hi,

on your GSoC organization page [1] it says that for submitting a
proposal an issue with the tag "gsoc202" should be created.

However, I can't find such a label/tag in GitHub [2].

This was a typo… I just fixed it and ensured that the right tag exists (gsoc2020)
