What kind of vacuum equipment did you use ? The website mentioned 5 x 10-6 torr, which is very impressive.

Hello again,

I have many kind of pumps: ion, diffusion, turbomolecular and Roots. It's depend on vacuum device... In electron beam welder/3D printer I have 6000 l/s diffusion pump and 600m3/h Roots pump:). For pumping my electron devices usually I use diffusion pump 100 l/s. If I wait some hours, I have 5x10^-7 Torr. Sometimes I use ion pumps if I need very low pressure 10^-8 Torr and lower.
