Test RUSA Geosearch v2

Hey NERds. I've made some improvements to the "Geosearch" system I created for finding all things RUSA. I haven't announced it far and wide yet so I'm very eager for my fellow NERds to play with it and give me feedback if you find bugs or things you think should be improved.

It does all the things it used to do but now:
- You can enter your RUSA number to show all the Event starts and Perms you've ever ridden on a map of the US. It will also highlight every state you've ridden though on a RUSA ride with the exception of team events.
- If entering your RUSA number, it will also show you how many times you've completed a route.
- Limit to just a distance range when searching for perms
- Whole bunch of other minor things.

BTW, I'm lousy at UI design for things like this. If you have suggestions, they are welcome. Please email me directly.

That’s an awesome tool, thank you for sharing! It worked really well for the limited number of searches I tried. Will it be live from here on out?
