Have typically just needed a room with chairs for 20-40 people.
Internet access would be nice if possible - but there has usually been
someone willing to provide a hotspot if needed.
A projector would be nice if possible - but we can setup a local network
to allow streaming to smart phones if needed.
Will we be able to bring soft drinks and snacks? It is probably
efficient for us to have some soda and biscuits, but we can arrange this
if it will be allowed.
Which building will it be, there are several buildings in Nairobi:

At least for me, it would also be of interest to introduce FOSS
broadcasting, video editing and recording software and also FOSS data
analysis software as it seems there are journalism and
business/economoics programs - but starting with people in computer
science is good as they can also introduce others.
Thika is also not too far away.
