We did not test the app on this device. You can download MLO from our site and see how it works.

Thanks for the quick response. MLO actually is an essential app that influence my decision whether to purchase Amazon Fire 8, haha~!

Hi Lewy,

did you try it in the meanwhile? And does it work well? I consider to get a fire hd10 tablet. But, of course I would only want to buy it if my most important apps run on this device.

I got it working on a Fire 7. It is a little slow as I have a large MLO database. I am wondering if a Fire HD 10 would be fast enough.

NB You may need to install some Google apps including Google Play, instructions are on the web. Not so easy...

Thank you, Laurence. I guess I will postpone my idea of getting this piece of hardware from Amazon and instead I'll stick with my smartphone and Windows PC for a while. The price was seducingly low during their Black Friday campaign, but then again I felt some doubt, if I really want to pay for hardware with the Amazon Alexa/spyware inside.

Because of this thread I just did a search and got google Play working on my son's Fire HD 8. I have not tried MLO, and probably won't, but in case it matters to anyone, the instructions to get the Play Store working were much clearer than I remembered when I attempted and failed a few years ago. Here's the page I used: https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/get-google-play-on-fire-tablet. Took about 30-45 minutes, but I was doing other things during reboots and downloads. YMMV.

Hi Martin,

I've drop the idea to get Fire table. I decided not to buy any table till next year
