I’m not on tech support Kenny, but my understanding is that if you install it on other devices, you need to buy a separate license for each device.
Once you buy the license, you log into your cloud account and sync. I’ve done this with a few employees; namely, bought them licenses and linked them to the one cloud account.

Just to add that you do need to apply your licence key to each instance of MLO. See under Settings->Registration.
