Is Cloud Sync down?

Out of the blue (no pun intended) Cloud Sync seems to be down - just FYI. Has been working fine until the last half-hour or so.

Our cloud monitoring system reported the problem about hour ago and we are working on it.

Hi, Jim. There were some error recoveries earlier today but for the last half hour it looks to have been stable.

 

While the recoveries were going on I found that I could request a sync and leave the request hanging; when the server recovered the sync would pick up and complete successfully.
