Do I need android pro for cloud sync service?

I'm about confused by the different products/pricing descriptions on the site.

I just purchased windows pro version. Do I need android pro in order to use the cloud sync?

Please specify your question. Cloud sync can be used itself just for Desktop files sync.

If you want to use Cloud sync for MLO Android, you can use its Free edition.
