I'm trying to find where the setting is for disabling the individual pop-up windows that show up one after another and take precedence over whatever else I'm working on until they're done. I just want the one reminders window with all my reminders, that's it. Help? Thanks in advance!

Windows, iOS, or Android?

Windows, I've only ever seen one pop up reminder with all tasks listed.

Mobile Systems, I've only ever seen it work as you described.  A bunch of reminders.  I could also never figure out how to turn off the auto reminder on iOS.

This is using Windows. I vaguely remember changing a setting that allowed it to do this, and now for the life of me I cannot find it again to turn it off.

Hi Mandie,

If you go to the Timing & Reminder section of the Properties Pane, to the right of the Reminder checkbox is a list of settings. When the Reminder checkbox is ticked, the list of settings is clickable and this brings up a dialog to change the settings. The settings I think you want are: "Activate in Reminders Window" and "Show Desktop Alert". You get an option when changing settings to make the change the new default.

Hope this helps. Good luck!

Well done!  For the life of me, I couldn't find it in the Tools->Options section and would have never thought to direct someone there.

On my system, I have "Activate in Reminders Window" checked and everything is shown in one box.  I'm curious if "Show Desktop Alert" is what's causing Mandie's problem.
