Can MLO Flags have notes?

If we can put notes with Flag, it would be better to recall what this flag stand for.

Notes you put against a flag also appear in the Filter area in the left hand pane of your view

but I want to add notes besides the flag name

Just like contexts which have "name" and "notes" properties.
