Dark mode

Hi, I think dark mode is one of the biggest shortcomings of MLO. Can you add this feature?

Yes, many apps are offering dark mode. MLO puts a strain on my eyes. May have to move to something else that does if this doesn't come.

I just recently added Dark Reader to Chrome, turned it on and have to say that working on the Internet is pleasant now. Eye strain much greatly reduced, so much so that I may have to walk away from MLO 5 and find something online just so I can get rid of the eyestrain. Just my thoughts but I really do think that software developers need to start implementing this and see it as a necessity, especially for aging eyes. If you guys don't have something that gives you dark mode online, try out Dark Reader. I highly recommend it.

Just an FYI:

I've been "advertising" MLO in a couple groups on Facebook that I'm a member of. People are trying to use apps like Todoist and GQueues for serious projects. They've inquired about MLO when I posted MLO as a suggestion to their inquiries for a better app. One of the things I get asked is if it had dark mode and I have to respond with a 'no". I'm getting the impression that this is becoming more of a requested thing among app users. Just something to think about with future development.

We've got dark mode in MLO Android.

Just change a widget appearance on Settings.

I tried it out and is awesome.

We need only this feature for MLO Win.

  Nope. there is no dark mode yet in V5.

 but u can modity the theme to have more dark colors in the interface, such as this example → http://mlothemes.blogspot.com/2012/09/black-simple-mlo-theme.html

The dark mode at the top of the page is not available. I have searched and have not had luck.

Fading the entire desktop with a screen darkener makes the rest of the screen unusable.

I have come up with two workarounds using other applications.

1. Since I have a plain black desktop, I use Feel the Wheel and adjust the opacity of the MLO window.
2. A dark mode option is available in WindowTop.

Neither is perfect. I am trying to figure out a way to reverse an autohotkey script that fades inactive windows.
