Can't synchronize my iPod data with the cloud

Bought the cloud service for a year yesterday and this is day 2 and I still cannot use it. My data from mobile device cannot be synchronized with the cloud: either pop-up window says to try later, or the synchronizing process goes for hours (I left iPod and when I picked it up later in a couple of hours it still tried to synchronize data). What's wrong?

Reinstalled app on iPod and now everything seems to work correctly.

Please send the list of steps you do to sync with your Cloud account to support att mylifeorganized dot net, results received and results expected and we will figure out where the problem might be. Thank you.
