one click wifi sync on mobile

Right now, the wifi sync icon on android only show up after clicking the left upper corner menu. So to sync, I have to click twice. One to show the wifi sync icon, another to actual sync. Is there a way to show the syncing icon in the title bar all the time? 

Based on my previous question, it will be good to have auto wifi sync periodically.

Have you tried to place it in the toolbar?

Settings > General settings> toolbar settings
