Automatic synchronization when exiting MLO application?

Hello,

Is there a configuration setting in the Windows desktop version of MLO that enables automatic synchronization when the application is closed? 

For some reason, I thought this feature existed and that I disabled it earlier.  I've tried to find the configuration setting to re-enable this feature (assuming that it does exist), but I don't see it anywhere.  It's completely possible that I'm "remembering" something that actually doesn't exist. 

For reference, I'm using the latest version of MLO in Windows 8.1.

The only think I know of is the setting to turn off autosynch. You can find it at
File
Synchronization
make sure your sync profile is selected
Edit
the bottom checkbox (sync automatically this cloud profile
