The riggers I know of are hard to get a hold of this time of year, due to racing commitments around the country.
As Dion states its not too hard to do. You could use a loose guage or just measure your turn buckles. Measure the distance between the threaded rod ends, and tighten them until they are an even measurement. Tighten and sail, usually a good measure of tightness is the leeward shrouds going slack while sailing to weather in 10-15 knots of winds.
Measuring the distance between the ends of the threaded rod is a good way to have a repeatable rig tune year to year. Once I have a rig setting that I feel is good for my boat I use a vernier caliper to get the measurement between the ends of my shrouds in the turnbuckle and repeat every spring.
