Post Prize Giving Coach Paul sports

Hello all,

Coach Paul usually coaches a few F3 boys Monday after school. As it
turns out Prize Giving is on a Monday and Paul has graciously canceled
his later engagement on the 8th July to do sports with our boys one last
time before they go off to different schools or even different
countries. Since we're normally about 6-7 boys, if your boy(s) would
like to join post prize-giving from 430pm for an hour+ with Paul at Hyde
Park football grounds next to the tennis court (short walk from the
Royal Geographical Society), please let me know by the end of next week
so I can let him know if more boys want to join and he can recruit an
assistant to help out, if necessary. I assume we have a 430pm start
because our drinks run from 345pm for about an hour. I figure that the
boys need to run around after sitting nicely for hours that afternoon.
A change of clothes will be highly recommended (that they can do when
they wait for us after their ceremony).

HI Lina,

I am pretty sure that they will not be doing the usual drinks after prisegiving this year.  I will double check!
