example of basic simulation without using an input file ...

Hi all,

             Does anybody know of an example where a basic simulation (mesh/diffusion kernel/executioner/output) is setup purely in C++ without using an input file?This is purely to get some insight into how MOOSE sets up objects that it encounters in the input file.
