Last week I was reviewing the code that is already in MoonLightDE and
notice that we all have a very different way of coding. So here is a
proposal of standard to use in order to speak all of us the same
language and to easy the life to the newcomers.

i want to request that when  making additions of new funtions of api (including u alexis) please follow recomendations of page 18, the comments should tell a story.. not only marks or hints!!! ok its the only part that interest me
