407 Proxy Authentication Required when trying to install on Ubuntu 14.04

I'm trying to install Mongodb 3 using the following instructions http://docs.mongodb.org/master/tutorial/install-mongodb-on-ubuntu/
However, I get the following error:

$ sudo apt-get install  mongodb-org

There's no proxy on my way. What's up with it?
