POST /mod_pagespeed_beacon logs in Apache - How to Disable

I am getting mod_pagespeed_beacon continues in my logs with 204 & 403 (sometimes) codes

I have tried disabling filters that use beacons https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/module/faq#beacons & also added below line in Pagespeed.conf but no luck :(

 <Location /mod_pagespeed_beacon>
    Order allow,deny
  </Location>

Please help to completely remove/disable mod_pagespeed_beacon from logs.

ModPagespeedCriticalImagesBeaconEnabled false

and

ModPagespeedDisableFilters add_instrumentation

Still getting mod_pagespeed_beacon in my logs.  I have also tried to un comment  ModPagespeedStatistics off to remove this

Could you try disabling prioritize_critical_css? That's a filter that
can't work without beaconing:

it does look to me like beaconing is off.

It's hosted on Akamai CDN

I have raised a query with Akamai for same & found that the top HIT URL was 

origin-mdaily.bhaskar.com/mod_pagespeed_beacon

By default akamai won't cache the request with "POST"  & that's why I want to disable POST /mod_pagespeed_beacon from my logs.

Akamai is caching your whole html pages?

You're going to need to clear their cache before the server changes
you made will take effect.

Also, in general PageSpeed is not designed to work behind an html
cache, and you may run into other problems unless you're very careful
about turning off features that won't work in that situation.
