[BUG] Some popup windows too small

OK, another bug:

In the card browser, do "Change card type" on a Vocabulary card, then select
Map as the target type, click "OK" which brings up the "Convert card type data"
window, which is way too small, and requires manual resizing every time.

IIRC, the help window at the very first start also required some manual
resizing after several pages; there also isn't any scrollbar or hint.

I cannot reproduce this. I assume it must be a system-specific bug in
the GUI toolkit we use (Qt4). Hopefully it will be fixed in a future
release of the toolkit.
