Just a tip: I feel that there is a kind of a bug in algorithm that choses the sets of card to be studied.
I have a list of words t study. Sometimes I'm prompted the recognition card and the production card of the same word in one session ... I feel like it's not helpful.
Expecially if the recognition card is first and production is second. Because I have just heard it and refreshed in my mind. Don't know if i can get the point clear!
Thank you Andrea

Hi,
Normally, Mnemosyne will try and keep sister cards separate for scheduled reviews (provided they are indeed really sister cards and not 2 separate front-to-back cards which happen to have related content).
This does not happen during the learning phase (grades <= 1) though, because then you typically do want to study first the recognition card and then immediately move on to study the production cards.

Hi Peter, sorry for being so late. I just saw your answer.
I think that it is possible that the Recognition and Production card comes closer when the card's grade is <=1. I'll check tthorougly. Actually I would like them to be separate anyway because I hear the sound, I repeatit I might recognize the word and I will be shown the wordings and the pictureI put in the Production card (I use vocaulary set)so I don't want toave the production card in the same session ... but it's my taste!
Thanks a lot.
p.s. I have stopped using mnemosyne for a while 'cause i stopped studying .. now I'm on the move again ... so: I'm back! :-)
