Hi,
Due to my local internet setup (college network), I can't have multiple devices sync directly. To resolve this, I currently have a remote Ubuntu server running an instance of Mnemosyne that is both a sync server and a web server, which I sync my laptop to and then access from my iPhone's web browser.
One of my friends also uses Mnemosyne and would like to sync between their laptop and their Android. They have the same network issues and thus can't have the phone connect directly to the laptop. I'd like to do the same type of setup - running Mnemosyne as a sync server on a remote computer - without having to run a second server. Is it possible to have multiple headless instances of Mnemosyne running on the same computer with different ports? If not, is there any other type of solution that you would suggest?
Thanks!

Hi,
That's possible, that's what I do at home as well. Requires manually editing the config.db database to change the port number though, since there's no GUI.
