Looking for a base for a test prep app

Hi, I have done test prep writing and tutoring for over 20 years, and I'm looking into developing an app for a niche that has no apps under $100 (!). Can I use mnemosyne for this? It would be fully flashcard based (at least at first).

I know very little about app development, and just enough about python to know that I need help! First, though, I'd like to know if this is even an avenue I should explore. Thoughts?

Hi,

Mnemosyne is fully open source, and its licence is such that if you
include its code into your own project, you're welcome to do so, but
then your entire code should be fully available as open source as
well.
