I have a Mindmup I made on the old version of Mindmup and it was very big. I have spent about 3 years working on it, and now I can't access it because it won't load and I don't have a Mindmup Gold account. Please help!

If the map is too big to import to google drive with 2.0, you can
temporarily remove some images or attachments, then import and
re-insert images after importing. None of this requires a Gold
account. Alternatively, if you don't need any features in 2.0, you
can use the legacy desktop application
(https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/mindmup-desktop-free-mind/eealagocaipaflcjmeapmobpmilffopi?hl=en),
it should open the old maps.

Hi,  I have the same issue.  I can't find the legacy desktop application.  The link doesn't work.

Where can I download the legacy desktop app?

Thanks,

Rod

We discontinued the old desktop app as well, as Google decided to kill
off Chrome Apps for anything that's not ChromeOs and is no longer
allowing publishing
(https://blog.chromium.org/2016/08/from-chrome-apps-to-web.html).

It's likely that we're going to create a new desktop app later in the
year, but currently there's no way to use MindMup offline. You should
be able to import any old maps into MindMup 2.
