Orbital Tug welding in Cu Ni.

Anybody did the Otbital tig welding by Polysoude machine. Now we are using an orbital machine for welding of Cu Ni pipes.

Please tell the good parameters of root welding.

You can get the parameters from the technical person of either your welding consumable supplier or machine supplier.

We have a brosure by Polysoude,the manufacturer. But the limitations are wide. Be cos the manufacturer parameters are commonly used for all material.

But everybody know about the parameters are related with position,size,thickness,metals, layers.

Anybody doing with the polysoude orbital machine, share the news about there.

in case you are interested for the following positions please submit detailed CVs and objective evidence for both experience and requested qualifications:

Lead Inspectors: 

Pipe mill inspector 

a. Proven experience with pipe manufacturing; 
b. NDT (PT, MT UT and RT) Level II as per ASNT-SNT-TC-1A or equivalent; 
c. Welding Inspector Level II as per CSWIP 3.1 or equivalent with experience in line welding process and spiral welding process.

Pipe mill coating inspector 

a. Proven experience with coating of pipes 
b. NACE II or Frosio III or equivalent certification.

Pipe bends mill inspector 

a. Proven experience with pipe bends manufacturing; 
b. NDT (PT, MT UT and RT) Level II as per ASNT-SNT-TC-1A or equivalent;

Pipe bends mill coating inspector 

a. Proven experience with coating for pipe bends

In-line Inspectors:

Handling supervisor 

a. Experience with pipe and pipe bends manufacturing/handling 

Clerck c/o Pipe Mill/Coating Mill 

a. Experience with certificate traceability c/o Pipe Mill/Coating Mill
