Any suggestions for consumable slection for SS 310S to cast Inconnel 625 material for sour service and max temp. exposure 650 Deg.C??
Any corrosion tests for such joints?

But there are limitations for temp. In spur service for this consumable.

if 625 meets your service requirements, so will ERNiCrMo-3
What I mean is that this filler metal matches the properties of 625 quite well...
So if 625 is fit for this service, ERNiCrMo-3 could be acceptable too...

Materials come with solution annealed/ annealed conditions, consumables do not.
Any way ER NiCr-3 is being advised.
