Impact Sub-size specimen

Dear Experts,

I am having query regarding impact test as per ISO EN standard.
1) Is any temperature reduction is applicable for impact sub-size specimen?
2) Any joule value relaxation for impact sub-size specimen.

Temperature reduction is applicable for sub size specimen and there is no relaxation for joule value.
