Dear Experts ,

I have a situation where external cavity is visible and significant physically on a 3/4" tube weld joint ( welding process - Orbital) , but when we tried to verify through RT DWSI technique its no density variation observed so not able to conclude. Now the vendor is claiming it acceptable , please suggest a way forward and any technique to verify.

Regards
Pratish

When discontinuity is  visible with naked eye then why need to verify again with some other technique?
