Can anybody suggest the consumable brands/mfr name who can give guaranteed results (if possible pl. attach data sheet)  for high temperature Stress Rupture testing of all batches of welding consumables used at 1000°F & 30ksi stress. The time of failure shall exceed 900 hrs.

Thanks in adv.

Hi,
Your  query  is too general. What's the design code ,design  specifications  and intended applications ? To the best of my knowledge,  these steels  are used  for hydroprocessing equipments.
Appreciate your response with more details.

Thanks.

P.Goswami.

Hi

Do you need SRT according to ASME BPVC VIII div 2

540 deg 210 Mpa for 900 hour
Or

It also depends on the client requirement: Eg :chevron
538deg 207Mpa 1000 hour

Results are different for SRT

Regards
