My project we have A106 GR B to A335 P11 Dissimilar welding ,Can any on suggest the PWHT and it's required?

As per ASME Section 1, it is not mandatory for thickness less than 16mm, provided preheat of 150℃ is to be done. Ref PW39

If you Code of construction is either Asme viii-1, I, 31.1, 31.3 for this thickness the answer is NO
