Hi, first question is, can i use this tool for commercial use? For example, generate the images with web link using your tool, and sell that web link with my images to the client?

Second question is, can I update and tweak the format a bit amd use it? For example, put interactive floor plan and such?

You're free to use and modify both Marzipano itself and tours generated by the Marzipano Tool (including for commercial purposes) under the terms of the Apache license. Read https://github.com/google/marzipano/blob/master/LICENSE for details.
