One problem is your Intelligent Room Controller only has the H1 output
connected, and not C1. This makes it think only heating is possible.
(you need to connect both or neither. Or just use the HC1 output).
(It's trying to be too intelligent for my liking - and inconsistent
with the rest of Loxone, there's very few logic blocks that radically
alter behaviour based on output connections. In my simplistic mind
inputs should control behaviour not outputs)
